Kegels!: This delightful little experience we women have (just kidding) is due to decrease in the muscles that support the bladder and the urethra. When the pressure down there increases (ie cough..), the pee can happen. It's not uncommon after having children, but can also happen with just irritation in the area. There are muscle strengthening exercises called kegels that help -ask doc or friend how to!
