Vaginal Abscess: A vaginal abscess needs to be evaluated and treated by a Dr. After a full history and exam (including cultures), your Dr may prescribe antibiotics to kill the bacteria causing the infection. Warm compresses, ibuprofen and loose clothing can alleviate some of the discomfort. Occasionally, the abscess will need surgical drainage. Your Dr can refer you for this if the antibiotics don't cure it.

Lesion: Agree with Dr. Kratzberg. At this point, medical assessement would be prudent. In the meantime consider sitz bathes or warm compresses & Acetaminophen or NSAID.
