Besides speaking with your original ps.. is there a way to determine what size implants you have after surgery?

Different options: If saline, one can aspirate the contents of the implant if you are going to replace it and don't care about maintaining the integrity of the implant. Three dimensional MRI reconstructions can estimate the volume of the implatns but will likely be prohibitively expensive. Alternatively and ultrasound can be used to estimate the breast implant dimensions to compare to published implant dimensions.
