So no i don't take tylonal regularly but accidently took 1650 mg over a three hour period. and as far as i know my liver is ok i do sometimes drink beer but on the day this happened i had not had a drink in 48 hours will i be ok?

Tylenol: You should be fine. Acetaminophen toxicity would involve a much higher dose. Be careful moving forward and stick to the recommended dosages to avoid any untoward issues.
