: Doubt you will damage your liver by taking your current amounts of Tylenol, as 4,000 mg per day is typically the maximum safe level. (But would be better lower if you consume daily large amounts of alcohol.) Your headaches would best be handled by a neurologist, or we could do a virtual consult here (www.connect@healthtap.com).
