How long do i wait between drinks ( 2 beers, 1 vodka drink) about 10hrs ago & 500mg tylenol (acetaminophen)? rarely drink, frequently take tylenol (acetaminophen).

No problem: By the time you take your Tylenol, (acetaminophen) your liver has metabolized your blood alcohol after 10 hours. However, you do not mention why long term tylenol (acetaminophen) is necessary.
