Best to rest...: Might have Strained some Shoulder Muscles. Best to Rest from strenuous exercises for a few days, apply Hot/Cold compresses as needed and take some OTC analgesics. If symptoms persist see the Doctor. Sooner is better to prevent long term injury/pain.
