From that? No. : From kissing? No, you cannot get HIV from kissing. Very very very low risk. However, if you did more with her, like oral sex or intercourse, that risk goes up. Also if there is more personal history there you may be at risk. Most likely it sounds like you may have a notable viral illness causing upset stomach and throat issues. Truthfully the symptoms fit strep more than anything.
