About 2 weeks. : Per CDC, regardless of which vaccine you get, you should reach almost full protection two weeks after your second or final dose. That's about how long it takes your immune system to mount an antibody response to the vaccine.

COVID 19: About 2 weeks. Encourage you to try different styles of mask to find ones that don't cause you to get headaches. If you are using cloth masks- please wash them often. Unfortunately, having been vaccinated does not obviate the need to use a mask.
