Itching: Itching is one typical finding of an allergic reaction and infections are usually associated with fever. Use nasal saline rinses, Flonase nasal spray and an antihistamine to control your symptoms. Stay indoors to avoid pollen.

Some differences. : Itchy and watery eyes, itchy throat , runny nose usually allergy. tenderness on the sinus , post nasal drip , suggest sinus infection. Covid 19 comes with cough and fever. You can see sometimes additional symptoms to a lesser degree. If you develop shortness of breath that is a signal that infection is going to your lungs. Severe shortness of breath signals pneumonia which can go to ARDS.
