How long or how many weeks does your body stay at hyperthyroid state? my tsh is .22 , my synthroid was decreased a week ago fr 100 to 88mcg. i still have symptoms of tachy, fatigue, sleeplessness, some anxiety?

Thyroid metabolism: This will depend on where the hyperT is coming from & your symptom response time. On the average thyroid metabolism eats up thyroid hormone about 10% per days from the blood but some may stay in the cells longer. I would keep a diary & track your thyroid hormone level & adjust the dose till TSH is in normal range and you feel normal. We can measure the blood TSH. Only u can tell Dr how u feel.
