It’s safe & effectiv: J&J vaccine has now been in widespread use for approximately 2 months and we are gaining more and more experience. Many people experience some discomfort at site of injection, some feels poorly (muscle aches, feverish, fatigued) for a day or 2, BUT THAT’S IT. The more it is used, the more it’s safety is verified. Long term (more than 1 month) bad reactions are very very rare.

COVID 19 vaccine: I haven't seen anxiety disorder as a side effect of the J& J COVID 19 vaccine. Please see: https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/covid-19-vaccines-safety-side-effects-and-coincidence-2021020821906 Breath in slowly & deeply through nostrils. Fill lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of 5 then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times.
