Everyday for a week now i've been having really bad cramps in my stomach and pelvic area and frequent bowel movements. what can i do to stop this?

Pelvic pain: Any and all unexplained abdominal pain should be professionally evaluated; you need to see a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. Some causes are serious, e.g. appendicitis, colitis, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection), endometriosis, many other possibilities. Impossible to even guess without more information.
