Pelvic pain: Any and all unexplained abdominal pain should be professionally evaluated; you need to see a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. Some causes are serious, e.g. appendicitis, colitis, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection), endometriosis, many other possibilities. Impossible to even guess without more information.
