Hi, my 3 year old daughter has puss cells in her stool test, is this cause to concern? she has struggled with stomach pain and diaree for a long time and had low iron but recent test show high iron. her lymphocytes are also low on 2 separate tests.

Discuss w her Dr: it would be advisable to discuss the results and course of treatment with the Dr that ordered the tests. Physical examination, history and symptoms over time all come into play in determining a course of treatment. A local in person Dr can prescribe medications, changes in lifestyle and diet and follow the progress over time in order to ensure healing.
