Hi ,my son will be 4 months in 4 days and for the past 3 days he has been vomiting more than im used to . he doesnt seem sick , still laughing and playing. he is breastfed and drinks nan ha when i dont have any milk. should he see a doctor?

Vomiting infant: Vomiting or spitting - reflux ? May be too much in feeding , allergy to formula , or pyloric stenosis -narrowing of stomach outlet. Spitting occurs when reflux or overfed. Actual vomiting is not usual .
