Should i be concerned with abdominal pain that is in the middle of my stomach, that appears sharp when i bend over, however i recently passed stool, am burping, and occasionally shivering? its been 3 days, is this just gas pain from constipation?

Sharp pain : There are several reasons for your symptoms. I going to try to put the information together, based on the limited details (I can't examine you or ask questions) . Constipation, sharp pain, and shivering bring up possible appendicitis ( again I am not sure) . See a doctor in person.
