had a stomach virus,went away but 4-5 days later i started having chronic belching, gas,bloating,2 mild rashes and constipation, is it intestinal worm?

Bloating, belching: You may have acqired a stomach infection or parasite, e.g. H. pylori. You do need to see a doctor about this and get some tests done to find out why you are having trouble.
