If you have not had a bowel movement in past couple of days, it may be constipation. You may try a fleet enema. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. There are many possible causes of the discomfort and other symptoms you are having. If they are acute in nature, they may resolve soon, but if they are chronic, may need treatment. Initially, a good start would be to increase the fiber in the diet and try to increase hydration. See your doctor if the symptoms persist. Good luck.
