Hello , i have been taking roccutane for 5 weeks now and i have realized my acne has gotten worse , and my skin is more irritated. i am aware there is a purge stage but how long does it last? and does my diet have anything to do with this?

Accutane : Accutane is used to treat cystic acne which are cyst form underneath the skin . Combination of bacteria, oil and dry skin cells get trapped in the pores. It can have pus. When one takes accutane, it pushes out dead skin cells and debris, skin can become red and dry. It can last for 8–10 weeks. It takes 4-6 months to see improvement.
