I accidentally kept my lo loestrin fe in my pocket yesterday while out for 7.5-8.5 hours in 20 to 30 fahrenheit weather. pills may be slightly warmer due to being against my skin and i was often near a campfire. are my pills still effective?

Better than nothing: The pills have been "refrigerated" and warmed. However, they should still be effective. Use a "back up" method this month if sexually active to allay any concerns for unintended pregnancy.
