Interaction: Cataflam is a potent anti-inflammatory medication related to ibuprofen or naproxen. Celestamine is a combination of a corticosteroid and antihistamine. Both products can irritate stomach lining, raise blood pressure, cause fluid retention. I don't recommend the combination of these medications. Your pharmacist can advise you about this combination.
