Probably OK, but...: Diclofenac's half life (time for 1/2 to leave your system) is 1.5 hours. Thus at 10 hours out, only about 1/12th of the dose would still be in your system. Thus , you're probably safe in terms of the mixing of alcohol and an NSAID. That being said, the cumulative effect of NSAIDs and Alcohol on your GI tract is another issue altogether. Watch for symptoms of gastritis, burning aching pain...
