Probably OK, but...: Diclofenac's half life (time for 1/2 to leave your system) is 1.5 hours. Thus at 10 hours out, only about 1/12th of the dose would still be in your system. Thus , you're probably safe in terms of the mixing of alcohol and an NSAID. That being said, the cumulative effect of NSAIDs and Alcohol on your GI tract is another issue altogether.
