Swallow bee??: If you are able to swallow liquids and solids without feeling anything getting stuck, then the bee likely made it down your esophagus to your stomach. The acid in your stomach will kill the bee and then it should pass in your stools. If the pain continues or if food is getting stuck, then call your doctor or go to the nearest ER. Hello, I have been taking Tecta for 7 days for GERD without any improvement for now. However, Pepcid and Tums are really helpful and sharply reduces the heartburn. Is there anything to be worried about regarding Tecta not working?
