Delirium : Many kinds of adenocarcinoma. Need to know what kind she has. Best to discuss with her team they know her better. Hope she does well.

Possible explanation: The stroke is likely the cause of her confusion and likely has problems at temporal-parietal area. But might consider seizure activity as an anti-epileptic drug might help. See a neurologist if not already
