Pharmacist: Check this out with your pharmacist. Prexin is a type of antithrombosis medication used to prevent ischemic strokes. Ciplasyl is a medication to treat hypertension and certain cardiac conditions prone to congestive heart failure. If this is a substitute for prexin, it would be inappropriate. Her symptoms may be due to lower blood pressure or thicker blood(if she's off prexin). Get clarification.
