Upper respiratory: Taking into account we are in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic. I wonder if this is COIVD 19. It seem like a viral syndrome, after 10 of this can be a bacterial sinus infection on top of the viral infection . Keep isolated see a doctor on telemedicine

See ENT Doc: The pain behind the tongue and in the throat is probably related to enlarged Tonsil .You must consider to see your primary Doctor first and then if needed see a refereed ENT Doctor. In the mean time gargle with Luke warm salt water .
