Sore throat: Fever? if fever could be flu , or corronavirus -though corona is associated with cough as well. Or could just be allergies. Would try zyrtec ( antihistamine / or benadryl and see if any improvement . No driving on benadryl . The headache could be sinusitis from allergies. Strep throat is usually not associated with nasal congestion.
