Chronic constipation for a year. at the moment i have gastro. instead of diahrea, its giving further constipation despite the stool being soft: i just cant push it through, until it leaves on its own. constant intestinal aches?

Constipation : There are several reasons for constipation that were probably considered already. I wonder if you have a problem relaxing the anal muscles, This would make sense if your stool is soft. IBS is often also diagnosed when other diagnoses are ruled out
