You may still be growing, but unless you have a goal to be 6 feet, 3", 6 feet 1" sounds pretty good. Your growth is related to your parents' heights. You may wish to review your growth curve (past records) with your pediatrician. A bone age, an X-ray of your hand, can tell if your bones are fused and growth is over, but I would not recommend it in your situation. Best wishes.

it all depends ultimately height is determined by average of heights of mom and dad there is a conversion factor involved; it would be less likely as neither your mom or dad is that tall but genetics does play a part and environment, diet etc
