I had an x-ray on my neck can someone explain the results mild level degenerative change from the c3-c4 through the c6-c7 level withrather prominent facet hypertrophy noted?

Cervical disc : The MRI findings while not normal do not imply there is actually anything clinically wrong. These findings can be found in a person without symptoms. You should speak to your doctor about how your examination relates to your MRI findings. This means that you have degeneration of the spine in the neck

Wear and tear: Do agree with Dr Romano. Your films are consistent with mild osteoarthritis and there is a range of symptoms from person to person. Would expect some degree of stiffness and mild loss of range of motion. Aching, especially on wet and/or cold days would be not surprising. No surgical implications here.
