Good day. i have severe back pain in the middle of my back around the spine area. it's momentarily relived with massage, changing position or laying on the floor. what could be the cause and how can i treat this?

Thoracic spine: Could be due to a number of conditions. Would be worthwhile to obtain MRI, as this could pin down, facet impingement, thoracic intervertebral disc rupture, a tumor, an infection, etc. Diagnosis allows therapeutic intervention.
