A member asked:

What is the correlation of albumin to the liver enzymes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Correlation ?: Albumen is a complex protein made in the liver. Liver enzymes reflect the degree of irritation triggered in liver tissue. If the liver is injured, reflected by high enzymes, it would not function well & thus not create albumen at a normal rate.
