my ggt liver test was 9, albumin and bilirubin normal. does this mean my liver is healthy?

Liver enzymes: Although liver problems can be present even in the setting of normal liver enzymes, the numbers that you're recording here are encouraging. You should contact your doctor if you have any worrisome symptoms. Good luck.
