Congrats: Great job on reducing the fat on your liver. I assume you lost weight to have this happen…. Your albumin is low normal, maybe you are too extreme with your dieting, but a better gauge of your nutritional status is a pre albumin blood test. You may also have a lower albumin level due to a loss of protein in your kidneys,have your kidneys checked out too. What was your albumin level 11 months ago?
