Basics: You need enough fluid intake to pee every 6 hrs or so. Water can be found in many items we eat or drink. Applesauce is 95% water, fruits about 60-80%, vegetables 60%, etc. , There is no need to focus on water by itself but 600 ml can be tolerated by most. If you consume fluid enough to pee every few hours you are wasting time you could apply to other pursuits.
