Why do i have to go pee every 30 minutes and when i do i only pee a little bit? it doesn't burn. oh & i don't eat/drink healthy and rarely drink water.

You may have UTI: Even if you do not have pain or burning you may have urinary tract infection and need to get cheched including urine exam including culture
meanwhile drink lot of fluids.As a rule you should drink more fluid daily.Weigh yourself in lbs and multiply by 2/3.That is the number of ozes of total fluid you should drink daily most of it water.
For example if you weigh 150lbsx2/3 is 100.So 100oz(3litres).
