Post cath : It is always a good idea to report these symptoms to your cardiologist who performed the procedure. That being said, the area where the calf is done, placing the catheter in the femoral artery, is close to the nerve that goes to your leg. After having this procedure there are symptoms that can be experienced but usually resolve. Notify your doctor.

? nerve issue: Agree with Dr Ellis. You should discuss with vascular surgeon. Focus also, on whether a transient nerve issue is a post op transient issue, but if persists, recommend EMG/ Nerve conduction study.
