I don't know if i should remove the ovarian cyst?

Depends: These are rather common & vary in size from tiny to that of a grapefruit or larger. The approach to care would depend on the other features of the case like discomfort, effect on activities of daily life, etc. You don't need to remove it just because it's there. This is a discussion you should have with the doc who knows your case.

Do not know.: I agree with Dr. Ferguson. First off, please don't try to remove an ovarian cyst yourself. Second, what does you physician/ gynecologist say? Many ovarian cysts don't require removal and many can resolve on their own. Your doctor would know if you are a surgical candidate or not. We simply don't know enough about you or your condition.
