No, but...: The removal of the cyst should not affect fertility, but the fact that you have the cyst means you have endometriosis, which is associated with infertility. If you have trouble conceiving or you plan on trying to conceive, bring your obgyn on board. You may need a fertility doctor as well if you have difficulty. Take care.
