I was diagnosed with a 10cm ovarian cyst. what are the chances of it shrinking or dissolving? i really dont want to undergo surgery to have it removed. is there a specific diet i can follow to make it go away?

The size of the cyst is concerning but management is also dependent on the clinical situation and the specific appearance of the cyst. There may be a reasonable option to monitor this for a month or two and sometimes these cysts can resolve. You need to have a thorough discussion with your doctor and a second opinion is always appropriate. Unfortunately, there is no diet that will help.
