Proteinuria?: Don’t “know” but certainly sounds like you’re spilling protein into your urine. Normal response to dehydration but can be abnormal if you’re well hydrated Drink 3-4 glasses of water, get a “urinalysis” at a national lab. If protein is high, see a doctor
