Why would a doc prescribe antibiotic im injections for a hydrocele if there is no case of uti?

Unknown reason: There is no indication for im injections of anything in connection with any treatment for hydrocele. Dr was either prescribing it for another condition or else doesn't know what s/he is doing. Question dr. If you like, otherwise suggest you see a urologist.
