No time at all: You need antibiotics to kill the bacteria causing a uti. There is no scientific evidence that any home remedies cure utis. Drinking lots of water & voiding frequently may eventually work because some bacteria just fail to continue multiplying/dividing after many generations. Please don't count on any documented UTI clearing up without antibiotics. Good luck.
