Yes: Hives after a coronavirus immunization is very uncommon but definitely has been reported (several times). Now that its' been several days, I assume (hope) that the reaction is going away. Should have no long-term consequences but ... we all may need "booster" shots of a coronavirus vaccine to deal with emerging "variants". This could be an issue if/when they become available
