Tailbone pain: Sometimes a muscle strain can affect the lower part of the muscle insertion, close to the tailbone or sacrum and coccyx (truly the end of the spine). Sometimes its more referred pain from muscle spasm, and some nerve irritation that can lead to tailbone pain. Good luck!
