Yes (not “weird”): Folliculitis is an infection of the hair follicles in the skin. Starts out as a red, round “pimple”. After 2-3 days you may see a “white head” - a small collection of pus where the hair follicle is. As it heals may turn tan before it fades away entirely. If frequent or many, see your Primary Care doc
