History?: Report indicates either injury or inflammation of nasal structures. Any mention of polyps? Either way obstruction is significant and should be treated by qualified ENT to allow normal breathing and prevent further problems from developing. May need endoscopy of nose and sinuses as well but help yourself with expert evaluation.
