Painful teeth: You'll need to see a local dentist to be evaluated. If all of your teeth hurt the issue will be common to all the teeth. Two possible causes are periodontal disease or bruxism.

Loose teeth: Doubtful at your age that it's from advanced gum disease. Can be due to clenching/grinding, diabetes, oral bacterial infection, and other reasons. Please see a General Dentist or specialists in Oral Medicine or Periodontology.
