Spoon Trauma: Probably nothing to worry about... it may take a few days to subside.

SOFT FOOD: I agree with Dr. Davantzis--unlikely that you caused any significant damage to the front teeth, provided the teeth were in good condition. If the tooth is sore or sensitive for more than a couple days after the spoon trauma however, it is important to avoid further stress while the teeth are recovering. Make sure you eat soft food--usually 2 weeks is a typical recommendation after most trauma.
