Contact your orthopedic surgeon, and determine appropriate approach. Revisional surgery may be needed. In meantime, avoid provocative activities.

While dislocation of a total hip can occur, it is not common and it should not occur with minimal effort. See your surgeon to assess the position of the implants. Sometimes, if components have loosened, migrated or are malpositioned, this can be addressed.
